Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Ultra Luxury Jobs Ltd. ("we", "us") bills, cancels, and refunds the paid products on the platform. It supplements, and is incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service.
1. Employer subscriptions
Employer subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Annual plans are non-refundable mid-term except where required by applicable consumer law. Pro-rata refunds are not provided for unused seats, posts, or contact unlocks.
2. One-time employer purchases
Per-role posts, featured listings, and contact unlocks are sold as one-time, non-recurring purchases. Because the product is fulfilled immediately (the listing is published, the boost is applied, or the contact details are revealed), these purchases are final and non-refundable once fulfilled.
If a purchase is made but fulfillment fails for technical reasons attributable to us, we will either re-deliver the product or refund the purchase in full at our discretion.
3. Candidate verification fee
The one-time verification fee is charged when you submit your verification packet. Because verification involves manual review by our team, the fee is non-refundable once review has begun.
If we are unable to verify you for reasons outside your control (for example, we cannot complete the check due to a platform error), we will issue a full refund. Refunds are not provided where verification is declined for accuracy, eligibility, or policy reasons.
4. Founding Member period
During the Founding Member period, paid products may be temporarily comped or discounted. Founding Member status, once granted, is recorded on your account and honoured per the terms communicated at the time of grant. We may close the Founding Member cohort at any time without notice.
5. How to cancel
Employers can cancel a subscription from Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Candidates do not have a recurring subscription; the verification fee is a one-time charge.

6. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact billing@ultraluxuryjobs.com before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve billing disputes within five business days. Accounts with chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be suspended pending review.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have under applicable law, including consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
