Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding contract between you and Ultra Luxury Jobs Ltd. ("Ultra Luxury Jobs"). By creating an account or accessing the marketplace you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older with the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that fail verification or violate these Terms.

2. Verification

Candidates pay a one-time non-refundable verification fee of US$79 once review begins. Employer accounts undergo a separate legitimacy review. Verification is not an endorsement; you remain solely responsible for any hiring or engagement decision.

3. Subscriptions, credits & billing

  • Employer subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and are non-refundable beyond a 14-day initial window for first-time subscribers.
  • Job-post credits, contact-unlock credits, and add-on packs are consumable and expire on the schedule shown at checkout.
  • Prices are in US dollars unless stated. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable taxes.
  • Once-unlocked-stays-unlocked: a contact unlock for a given candidate is permanent for the unlocking workspace.
  • Failed payments may suspend access; we will retry per industry-standard dunning before downgrade.

4. The marketplace

Ultra Luxury Jobs provides tools to discover, contact, and transact with verified counterparties. We are not a party to any employment, engagement, agency, or contractor relationship between users. We do not act as an employment agency or employer of record. Users are independently responsible for compliance with employment, tax, immigration, AML, and labor laws.

5. Content & licenses

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ultra Luxury Jobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, and adapt that content solely to operate and improve the marketplace. You represent you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

6. Acceptable use

Use of the marketplace is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension, content removal, forfeited fees, and legal action.

7. Confidentiality & discretion

Information disclosed in the course of a hire — household location, family members, security arrangements, compensation — is presumed confidential. You agree not to disclose it outside the hiring process without authorization. This obligation survives termination.

8. Fees, taxes & refunds

All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the marketplace. Refund eligibility is set out at checkout and in the Help Center.

9. Disclaimers

The marketplace is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra Luxury Jobs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy of user-submitted information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra Luxury Jobs' aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) US$500 or (b) the amount you paid Ultra Luxury Jobs in the 12 months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, or data.

11. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ultra Luxury Jobs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the marketplace, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to other members. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or the State of Delaware for US members, where required). Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except for small-claims matters and equitable relief. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted.

14. Changes

We may amend these Terms with at least 14 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
