Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service. By using Ultra Luxury Jobs you agree to the rules below. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, forfeited fees, and referral to law enforcement.
Prohibited content
- Anything unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence.
- Discriminatory job criteria that violate equal-opportunity laws (e.g. race, religion, national origin, age, gender, disability), other than bona fide occupational qualifications.
- Sexually explicit content or solicitation of sexual services.
- Malware, phishing, deceptive links, or content designed to compromise other users.
- Personal data of third parties posted without their authorization.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
- Misrepresenting identity, employment history, credentials, or employer legitimacy.
Prohibited conduct
- Off-platform circumvention of fees or unlock economics.
- Scraping, bulk export, or automated access without prior written consent.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover source code.
- Bypassing rate limits, security controls, CAPTCHA, or our anti-fraud systems.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages or commercial solicitations outside the role-matching workflow.
- Creating duplicate accounts, sharing logins, or transferring an account without our consent.
- Asking candidates for fees, deposits, or to purchase equipment as a condition of employment.
Security & vulnerability disclosure
Report security issues to security@ultraluxuryjobs.com. We will not pursue legal action for good-faith research consistent with our disclosure guidelines. Do not access another user's account or data.
Reporting & enforcement
Use the in-app report tools or write to trust@ultraluxuryjobs.com. We triage every report and may suspend accounts during investigation. Decisions may be appealed in writing within 30 days.
