How does the free first post work?+
Every new employer account can create one job posting at no cost. It still passes our legitimacy review and standard moderation. The paywall only triggers when you want to act on an applicant — view contact details, unlock the full profile, or open direct messaging.
What exactly is a 'contact unlock'?+
An unlock reveals a verified candidate's contact details and full document set (resume, references, credentials) and opens direct messaging. Once you unlock a candidate, re-viewing them never costs another credit.
Do unused unlock credits roll over?+
Plan allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Credits you purchase separately (10-packs and 50-packs) never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You retain access until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account moves to a read-only state — your data, posts and shortlists are retained but paused. Reactivate anytime.
What do I get for the candidate verification fee?+
$79 covers identity verification and a manual review of your employment and credentials by our team, granting the Verified badge. Background checks are role- and offer-specific and are funded by the employer at the point of a serious offer.
Is there a free trial for employers?+
