DMCA & Content Takedown

Ultra Luxury Jobs respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and to equivalent notices under other applicable law. This page also covers requests to remove unauthorised job listings, impersonating profiles, and republished content.

1. Aggregated listings

Some roles on the platform are sourced from public job boards and employer career pages. Each aggregated listing displays a short snippet and an outbound apply link to the original source. If you are the original publisher of a listing and you would like it removed, email us using the takedown contact below; include the URL of the listing on Ultra Luxury Jobs and the URL of the original source. We will remove the listing promptly.

2. DMCA notice — required elements

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, send the following in writing to the agent listed below:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the material on the platform that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (URL is best) for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which you reside (or, if outside the U.S., to any judicial district in which we may be found).

4. Impersonation, identity, and brand misuse

If a profile or listing is impersonating you or your business, email us with proof of identity (or proof of brand ownership) and a link to the offending content. We treat impersonation as a verification failure and remove accounts that fail review.

5. Repeat infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
